The bedroom...

The bedroom currently has a touch of green and gold... the white mattlasse bedcover was a gift from a good friend... it's from Canada, the four poster bed is teakwood, the bamboo painting was a birthday gift of two years ago from another good friend, Nani had a shop selling Indonesian teakwood pieces, again the shop has closed since, they have now moved to Singapore, her French husband works there...

Accent cushions in various shades of green with splashes of gold tie with the color of the bamboo painting, a green silk runner graced the end of the bed...

The side tables are Chinese... I luv these Chinese pieces for their simplicity, the table lamps are Thai baskets, lugging them back, again from one of our many Bangkok trips...

It looks a bit tropical with the presence of the palm leaves... by the way, only fresh flowers and leaves are allowed, am very particular, and we have them every day... either freshly cut from the garden or coming from the florists...
