These are framed artwork collection. They consist of a pair of old Indian betel nut cutters. Two old Indian brass combs and, a pair of carved wood from Indonesia. They all have black borders and gold frames to match the brass and the gold painted carved wood pieces.
Actually a few friends had them copied. As for the carved wood pieces, this friend who sold them to me regretted doing so. She found out the person who did the carving has stopped making them.
They attract a lot of attention when guests appear at our door step, becoming a topic of conversation. The betel nut cutters and the combs I bought them loose and later had them framed...
This other framed art piece is made up of these two pair of old Iban ear rings, one pair is a ladies ear ring, and the other is for the men. Ibans are local natives... I bought the ear rings loose too, and had them framed... I had them framed in the color green...
