African dolls...

I found these African dolls at a decor shop that belong to a friend, they were having a 50% discount on the handicrafts there recently, I luv the detail of the dolls, it's made of a combination of wood and bone, they are sitting on the round table among the many family fotos. One of my friends that came to dinner couldn't help noticing and she liked them too...

Been busy...

I have been busy making a new tablescape, this is the new arrangement for the coffee table. The blue jar is new, the other jar is about two years old, am planning to get the third one soon, I saw one that I like at the same shop from where I bought the blue jar. I hope it's still there when I go back there one of these days. The stack of books came from the cupboard where most of my book collection is stored...

The anklet ashtrays are old pieces, they are Indian. I can't recall whether I mentioned them in this blog before. The money plant gives a fresh look to the room... this look will stay for a while, before it's time for a change yet again!!!
